We will combine the postage in most cases, when you buy more than 1 item. However there are some cases in which we will be unable to combine it. Please ask us about it with your postcode and the items that you want to buy. We will even combine the postage after you buy them.
Parcels sent via courier require a signature at the point of delivery. If there is nobody at the address, the courier driver will leave a card and you will need to respond to the card within 48 hours or the parcel will be returned back to us. In this case, you will need to pay another postage charge, if you wish us to reship the item. Please do not ask for a refund. We do not offer refunds. To prevent this scenario, please check your mail box everyday and look for a red-white-yellow card from the courier. As soon as you get the card, call the driver on the number that he leaves with the card. If nobody is normally at the address during working hours, please let us know so that we can stick an ‘Authority to leave’ label on the parcel informing the driver where to leave the parcel if nobody is at the address, or any other ‘Safe’ place you may want the parcel left. Please be aware that if you opt for an ‘Authority to leave’ sticker to be placed upon your parcel we will not be liable for any ‘lost’ freight.
If you do not agree with the terms of our courier service, please select regular service (if available in the listing) or contact us with you postcode for a regular postage estimate.
Couriers are unable to deliver to P.O BOXES, so if you select the Courier service please provide us with your street address as soon as you buy the item.
The free postage for additional items offer is only for the same items from the same listing. (if this offer is available)
We are not responsible of lost or damaged items in postage.
For some country areas, the courier service is not available at the cost that we have offered. We reserve the right to cancel the sale in this case or you need to pay the difference for the postage.
