Shipping & Returns Policy
Beta Media is committed to providing it's customers with the utmost satisfaction, therefore we will endeavour to despatch all items on the same day as payment has been cleared. Please note that payment must be received in full before any items will be despatched.
All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Beta Media will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods that are lost and/or damaged whilst in transit.
Please be aware the Couriers cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Any Customer that selects 'Courier' but chooses to have their item delivered to a P.O box will have their order held until they provide us either with a suitable address or pay the extra to have the item posted. Beta Media also reserves the right to change carrier at it's own discretion and will always inform the customer when it has to do so.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be requested within 7 days of the invoice date. The cost of shipping the component back to the Beta Media Workshop must be borne by the customer and it is highly recommended that customers use a trackable shipping method. Beta Media can organise a courier, however all costs must be paid in full before pickup will be carried out. We do not accept returns on items on our 'clearance' section.
Should your item become faulty after the first 7 days then it is expected that you follow up any warranty claim with the manufacturer of the item.
Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item has been received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective. A credit will be given for the product only.
